Mint Family Hotel is a family hotel in Ravda, just 50 meters from the beach, created for relaxed seaside holidays with children.

Here, everything is arranged in a simple and comfortable way: rooms, full board meals, a pool area, and seasonal children’s activities during the summer.

We are a good fit for families with children and small organized groups looking for a clear and comfortable holiday format on the Bulgarian coast.

Terms of stay

When you book your stay at Mint Family Hotel, your room will be ready for check-in from 14:00.
If you arrive earlier and the room is already prepared, we will be happy to check you in earlier at no extra charge.
If the room is not ready yet, you are welcome to relax in the common area until check-in time.

Booking cancellation	For discounted rates, the prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. For standard rates, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in.
Children	Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge. To see the correct room options and prices, please include only children aged 5 and above in your search.
Accepted payment methods	To confirm your booking, a prepayment is required. The prepayment can be made by bank card through the booking system or by bank transfer using the payment details provided in your booking confirmation. The remaining balance is paid at check-in and can be settled in cash (EUR) or by Visa and Mastercard.
Pets	Small pets up to 5 kg are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Parking	Free public parking is available near the hotel, subject to availability. We also have a limited number of paid parking spaces at the hotel for 8 EUR per day. Advance parking reservation is not available.
Housekeeping	Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed every 3 days, and bed linen is changed every 6 days. Extra cleaning or an additional change of towels or bed linen can be arranged upon request at the reception.

Сancellation policy

To confirm your booking, a prepayment is required.

For discounted rates, the prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

For standard rates, free cancellation is available up to 14 days before check-in. If the booking is cancelled later or in case of no-show, the prepayment is retained.

Date changes may be possible upon request and subject to room availability.
