Mint Family Hotel is a family hotel in Ravda, just 50 meters from the beach. Below you will find the key practical details for your stay.

What is included in the stay?
Depending on your rate, the stay includes accommodation with or without full board. The full board option includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner served on site, as well as soft drinks during meals. Guests can also use the pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas in the hotel zone, enjoy the game room, and take part in children’s animation during the summer season.

How far is the hotel from the beach?
Mint Family Hotel is located just 50 meters from the Olympic Hopes beach in Ravda. The beach is sandy and suitable for a classic seaside holiday. There is a free public zone, as well as an area with paid sun loungers and umbrellas.

What meals are available at the hotel?
Mint Family Hotel offers a full board option with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served on site. The food format is simple, family-oriented, and designed to make the stay easier for guests. Soft drinks are available during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks outside meal times are not included.

Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Yes. Mint Family Hotel is designed as a practical family hotel by the sea, with meals on site, a pool area, and a short walk to the beach. If you are travelling with a small child, a baby cot can be provided free of charge by prior request, subject to availability.

Does the hotel have a lift?
No, there is no lift in the hotel. The hotel has 4 floors. Standard rooms are located on floors 1 to 4, and Economy rooms are located on the 4th floor only. If stairs are important for your comfort, please contact us before booking.

Can I request a lower floor, a specific view, or a quieter room?
Yes, you can share your preferences when booking, and we will check the options for your dates. Requests for floor, view, or quieter location are always subject to availability, and view or quiet cannot be guaranteed. Is parking available?
Free public parking is available near the hotel, subject to availability. We also have a limited number of paid parking spaces at the hotel for 8 EUR per day. Advance reservation of parking spaces is not available.

Is there children’s animation?
Yes, children’s animation is available throughout the summer season. The program includes games, dancing, creative activities, beach activities, and evening children’s entertainment. Babysitting service is not available.

Can you help us get to the hotel?
Yes, we can share practical travel information and contacts of third-party transport providers. Transport itself is not a hotel service and is arranged separately.

Are pets allowed?
Small pets up to 5 kg are allowed by prior request only. Pets must not be left alone in the room or on the balcony and are not allowed in the dining area or in the pool. Walks should take place outside the hotel area. Any extra cleaning, damage, or disturbance caused by a pet is the owner’s responsibility.

How does room cleaning work?
Rooms are cleaned daily. Towels are changed every 3 days, and bed linen is changed every 6 days. If you need extra cleaning or an additional change of towels or bed linen during your stay, please contact the reception.
