Booking Terms and Conditions of Mint Family Hotel

RESERVATIONS

Reservations at Mint Family Hotel can be made through the hotel website, by phone, by e-mail, or directly at the hotel where applicable.
A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the required prepayment and hotel confirmation.
Requests for floor, view, bed type, quieter room, baby cot, parking, or other preferences are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Special requests do not form part of the booking contract unless explicitly confirmed.

PRICES, CURRENCY, AND TAXES

All prices on the website are in EUR, including applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
The total amount depends on stay dates, room category, guests, and meal plan.
The hotel may change prices before confirmation; confirmed bookings are fixed except for obvious technical errors.

PAYMENT TERMS

Website bookings: Prepayment equals the first night's value, via bank card. Booking is guaranteed post-prepayment. Payment is made through a virtual POS terminal using Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, or Maestro cards. After creating and confirming the booking, a payment page will open in a secure 3-D Secure environment. The merchant does not have access to the cardholder's data. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and the parameters of your guaranteed booking.
Direct bookings (phone/e-mail): 30% of total amount by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Balance: Payable at check-in in EUR (cash, Visa, Mastercard).

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, NO-SHOW, AND EARLY DEPARTURE

Standard rates: Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Late cancellation/no-show: Prepayment retained.
Non-refundable rates: Prepayment non-refundable per rate conditions.
Changes subject to availability and rate rules.Early departure: No refunds for unused nights unless agreed in writing.

Refunds (where approved) via original payment method, within provider/bank timelines; guest covers bank fees.

FORCE MAJEURE

Unavoidable circumstances beyond control may allow individual review of changes/refunds, with supporting documents requested.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, AND STAY CONDITIONS

Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 11:00. 
Room photos are illustrative; layout, décor, floor, view may vary.
Parking: Paid spaces subject to availability, vacate by 11:00 on departure.
Smoking: Prohibited in rooms and indoor areas; allowed only in designated outdoor zones.
Quiet hours: No noise after 23:00 to respect other guests (no loud music, shouting, parties).
Pool: Open 08:00-20:00. All guests are obliged to follow the rules displayed in the pool area.
Pets: Small pets (up to 5 kg) only by prior written confirmation; not alone in room/balcony, banned from dining/pool. Extra cleaning/damage/disturbance at guest's expense.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAMAGE

Provide accurate booking details. Report issues immediately to reception for resolution during stay.
Guests liable for damage to hotel property; repair/cleaning costs charged to guest.
Hotel not liable for lost/stolen belongings except as required by law.

Your personal data is protected by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and used exclusively by the reservation department of MINT HOTEL and the owner "MINT S EOOD", with the registered address: Plovdiv, Trakia Blvd № 60, IDN:BG207371437, UIC:2073714378, represented by Serhii Vietrov – Executive Director is entered in the register of legal entities - personal data controllers.
